Excmo Sr:

Habiendo tenido conocimiento de la intención y propuesta, por parte de su muy digna Universidad, de nombrar Doctor Honoris Causa, al Lehendakari del gobierno autónomo vasco (España), señor Juan José Ibarretxe, yo quiero muy respetuosamente manifestarle y expresarle mi deseo de que tenga a bien reflexionar sobre esta propuesta y se digne informarse previamente antes de tomar esta decisión, debido a la carencia de libertades civiles existentes en gran parte del PUEBLO VASCO debido a la actitud tomada por esta persona, su Gobierno y su Partido Político (PNV), de condescendencia con el TERRORISMO DE ETA y su entorno.

Como Vicepresidente Primero del Comité Civil Internacional (CIC) (http://www.cic-wsc.org), y en solidaridad con las VICTIMAS DEL TERRORISMO, miles de muertos y sus familias, le ruego sea detenida esta iniciativa que seguramente tomada con Buena Voluntad, no cabe duda que está basada en un criterio incompleto de la situación sociopolítica de España.

REFLECTION ON POSSIBLE APPOINTMENT OF DOCTOR ” HONORIS CAUSA” BASQUE LEHENDAKARI

THE EXC PRESIDENT OF THE UNIVERSIDAD NACIONAL DE LA PLATA

Excm Sir:

I have had knowledge of the intention and proposal, on the part of their very worthy University, which plans to name Doctor Honoris Causes, to the Basque autonomous government's Lehendakari (Spain), Mister Juan José Ibarretxe, and I want, very respectfully, to manifest him and to express him my desire of you carries out a deep reflection on this proposal and deign to be informed previously before making this decision, due to the lack of existent civil freedoms and fear in a large part of the BASQUE TOWN due to the attitude taken by this person, their Government and their Political Party (PNV), for their condescension with the TERRORISM of ETA and their social environment.

As First Vice-president of the International Civil Committee (CIC) (http://www.cic-wsc.org), and in solidarity with you KILL them OF THE TERRORISM, thousands of dead and their families, I request him it is stopped this initiative that, surely taken with Good Will, it doesn't fit doubt that it is based on an incomplete approach of the sociopolitical situation of Spain.

Debido a haber tenido conocimiento de la propuesta por parte de su

Universidad y de la Universidad de Rosario de conceder el honor de

nombrar Doctor Honoris Causa al Lehendacari o Presidente del Gobierno

Vasco (España)- Señor Juan José Ibarretxe, quiero manifestarles, al

igual que gran número de Organizaciones españolas (Asociación de

Victimas del Terrorismo, Foro de Ermua, etc)que esta persona no es

merecedora de tan digna distinción, debido a la condescendencia y

tolerancia hacia la BANDA TERRORISTA ETA, que además de los miles de

muertos que ha producido en España a lo largo de los años, también, por

si eran pocos, se está demostrando que la banda terrorista ETA está

detrás de los atentados del 11-M de Madrid.

Como Vice Presidente del COMITE CIVIL INTERNACIONAL

(http://www.cic-wsc.org) y en apoyo de las personas de BIEN y en

solidaridad con todos los muertos y sus familias, les ruego hagan

extensivo este MENSAJE a las AUTORIDADES competentes de su

UNIVERSIDAD con la finalidad de estudiar este Tema e informarse bien,

a la vez que escuchar a las VICTIMAS de políticas que apoyan a los verdugos y no a

sus víctimas, como es este caso, deteniendo esta iniciativa. Con mi
